SmaDay Technology (智生活科技) was founded on a simple belief:
we don’t build technology for its own sake – we use technology to serve people’s everyday lives.
Our founder grew up watching his father work on the front line of local communities – helping residents, committees, and property managers solve real, everyday problems. From parcels and payments to repairs, communication, and facility maintenance, one thing became clear: the pain was never just “lack of tools”, it was how the whole community operation was designed.
SmaDay Technology chose to focus on one thing and do it deeply:
Treat communities as a long-term responsibility – and redesign how they operate with technology.
Through our core brand SmaDay (智生活), we build a smart community platform that has become the “operating system” for many buildings and estates across Taiwan – connecting:
- Residents’ daily life: management fee payments, announcements, voting, parcels, visitors, repairs, and on-demand services
- Committees and property managers: financials, operations, equipment, communications, and data for planning
- Ecosystem partners: home services, appliance care, smart lockers, EV charging, and other smart building solutions

Milestones
SmaDay Technology is not a short-term experiment.
We’ve been building in the community space for decades, evolving from connectivity to operations and now full-stack smart community infrastructure.
Deployed in 10,000+ communities with 3 million+ app downloads nationwide, including expansion into Tainan. Achieved ISO 27001 information security certification and received the National Quality Award (YuShan Award), consolidating our leadership and trust as a core infrastructure provider in the smart community space.
Rolled out smart parcel lockers and EV charging solutions, extending from community management into hardware and energy scenarios. In the same year, SmaDay Technology received the Harvard Business Review Digital Transformation Award – Enterprise of the Year, recognizing our transformation achievements.
SmaDay app downloads surpassed one million as user adoption accelerated. In parallel, we developed AIoT applications and a cloud intercom service, and obtained the MAS L3 mobile application security mark, strengthening our reliability and security credentials.
Introduced professional appliance cleaning services, obtained Taiwan’s TTQS Bronze talent development certification, set up a dedicated appliance care R&D and training center, and launched the in-home service brand DailyPro (智樂家), connecting building-level operations with residents’ in-home service needs.
Expanded from community lifestyle services and a mobile customer app, and later launched the SmaDay smart community app, formally providing community management services and establishing our first-generation smart community platform, supported by multiple service hubs across Taiwan.
Launched community broadband services and completed the first community network deployment in central Taiwan – laying the groundwork for long-term engagement with residential communities.
